Before a set is dispatched, its components are inspected, organised and professionally cleaned to ensure it arrives ready for an enjoyable and rewarding building experience. Sets are carefully reviewed between bookings, and their components are arranged securely to help protect them during delivery. Clear return instructions are also provided, making it easier to repack and send the set back safely once your rental period is complete.

Browse our collection and select the set you would like to build. Choose your preferred rental dates, confirm availability and complete your booking securely. We will prepare and dispatch your set with everything required. Once your rental period ends, repack the set and return it by following the provided instructions.
Yes. Every set is carefully inspected, organised and cleaned before being prepared for its next rental. We ensure the components are in good condition and securely packed so you can begin building with confidence.
Although every set is carefully checked, occasionally a small piece may be overlooked. Please contact us at admin@brick-vault.shop with the set name and details of the missing piece. Our team will review the issue and help you continue your build wherever possible.
You can select different available rental dates or use the “Notify Me When Available” option. We will send you an email notification once the set becomes available again.
We understand that normal use can result in minor wear. However, customers must take reasonable care of rented sets. If pieces are lost or significant damage occurs, please inform us immediately. Replacement or repair charges may apply according to our rental terms and conditions.
