At The Brick Vault, we take great care to ensure every rental set is securely packed, carefully protected and delivered in time for your building experience. This Shipping Policy explains how rental orders are dispatched, delivered and returned.

1. Delivery locations

We currently deliver to eligible addresses displayed during checkout. If your postcode or location is not accepted, please contact us at admin@brick-vault.shop before placing your order.

We do not deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers or addresses where a signature cannot be obtained.

2. Shipping charges

Delivery charges within Gibraltar will incur an £2.50 delivery charge. Delivery and return shipping charges outside of Gibraltar, will be shown during checkout before payment is completed. Charges may vary depending on the size and weight of the set, delivery location and selected shipping service.

Any promotional or free-shipping offer will be subject to the conditions stated with that offer.

3. Order processing

After your booking has been confirmed, we will prepare the selected set for dispatch. Each rental set is inspected, cleaned, organised and securely packed before leaving The Brick Vault.

Orders are generally dispatched early enough to arrive before or at the beginning of the selected rental period. Processing and dispatch times may vary during weekends, public holidays and periods of high demand.

4. Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect address details or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your rental has not arrived by the expected date, please contact us immediately at admin@brick-vault.shop so we can investigate the delivery.

5. Tracking information

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used when placing the order. Please ensure that your email address and contact information are entered correctly during checkout.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the parcel has been collected by the courier.

6. Delivery and signature

Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. The customer is responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

Once an order has been recorded as delivered by the courier, responsibility for keeping the rental set safe passes to the customer until it has been returned and accepted by The Brick Vault.

7. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at admin@brick-vault.shop.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched. Additional delivery charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by the customer.

8. Missed or failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or collect the parcel within the time specified by the courier.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, delivery was refused or the address was incorrect, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.

9. Damaged parcels

Please inspect the parcel when it arrives. If the outer packaging appears significantly damaged, take clear photographs before opening it.

Any delivery damage, missing package or other shipping issue should be reported to admin@brick-vault.shop as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and relevant photographs.

10. Delayed or lost parcels

Although we carefully schedule dispatches, courier delays can occasionally occur. If a parcel is delayed or believed to be lost, we will work with the courier to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

Please do not arrange a replacement courier or make alternative shipping arrangements without contacting us first.

11. Returning your rental

Rental sets must be returned by the date stated in your booking confirmation.

The set must be:

  • Repacked carefully in the original internal packaging
  • Placed inside the supplied shipping box
  • Securely sealed before collection or drop-off
  • Where applicable, handed to the courier by the stated return deadline

12. Late returns

Late returns may affect the next customer’s booking and may result in additional rental or late-return charges. If you believe you will be unable to return the set on time, contact us before the return deadline.

Extensions are subject to availability and are not confirmed unless approved by The Brick Vault.

13. Return packaging and labels

Customers must use the supplied packaging and follow the return instructions provided. If the original shipping box or protective packaging has been damaged, contact us before returning the set.

Do not use an alternative courier, postage label or delivery service unless we have authorised it in writing. The customer may be responsible for loss or damage resulting from an unauthorised return method or inadequate packaging.
